The fine print

The rules for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, gathered here.

1. Who may play

You need to be at least 18, or of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to register and play. Whether online gambling is lawful where you live is for you to check.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is run by MAIREKE LIMITADA, a company registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These terms are subject to the law of the State of Anjouan in the Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One account is allowed per person. Supply correct details and keep the name on your account identical to the name on your payment method. Look after your login details.

  • Extra accounts on one name, device or payment method may be closed without warning.
  • Formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure among them, must be sent from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Deposits have to come from a payment instrument in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20, or €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.

  • Cards permit up to 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, with a ceiling of €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
  • Fiat and crypto balances are kept in separate places and cannot be combined.

5. Withdrawals and checks

Every withdrawal is preceded by full KYC: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, with names that match. As an AML requirement, deposited funds have to be wagered at least three times before you can withdraw.

  • Minimum withdrawal is €40, and requests are reviewed inside 2 business days.
  • Non-jackpot winnings are limited to €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins are not capped.
  • A withdrawal over a method's per-transaction limit can be paid in instalments.
  • You may cancel a pending withdrawal before it completes; the money goes back to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Every bonus must be switched on in the profile before the deposit that earns it, and it cannot be applied afterwards. Only one bonus can run at a time.

  • Welcome-package wagering is ×40, and the first live bonus is ×15.
  • Highest bet while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 for the first deposit bonus.
  • Slots contribute 100%, live casino 10%, and table games and video poker 0%.
  • Bonus winnings top out at €10,000 across all bonuses, and the cash-out after wagering at 10 times the initial bonus.
  • A withdrawal request during an active bonus cancels that bonus and its balance.

7. Dormant accounts

When an account has had no activity for six months running, a €10 monthly fee is charged for as long as a positive balance remains.

8. Responsible gambling

9. Changes

Terms, bonus conditions and limits may be updated, so check the current terms before accepting an offer. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version wins.
